An Unpredictable Wireless Laptop Webinar

A webinar moderator used his wireless laptop for a fee-based webinar. He failed to check the wireless access point in his building before beginning the webinar. The visuals failed once, then twice more. After twenty minutes of this the moderator announced the webinar would have to be rescheduled. The voice connectivity was never lost because he was using a plain old telephone system, his only saving grace. Now imagine the nightmare he will deal with issuing credits to the attendees.
